Refund Policy

1. General rules

The service provides digital informational products. Refunds are reviewed with regard to whether the service was already delivered and how many credits were used.

2. When a refund may be possible

If credits were not used, the user may request a refund within a reasonable period after payment.

If only part of the balance was used, the refund amount may be reduced proportionally to the unused balance, unless the nature of the service requires otherwise.

3. How to submit a request

Refund requests should be sent to destinycipheronline@gmail.com and should include Telegram ID, purchase date, amount, and a short explanation of the situation.

4. Review period

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is sent back through the same payment method whenever technically possible.

5. Limitations

Fully delivered services and fully consumed credits are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
